도시에 산다는 것은 무수한 도로로 질주하는 것과 같을 지도 모른다.

질주하는 도로의 좌우로 전깃줄이 혈관처럼 뻗어가며 도시 곳곳에 에너지를 운반하고, 도로는 물자들을 수송한다. 달리는 속도에 맞춰 흘러가는 전깃줄이 다양한 선형의 리듬을 만드는데, 그 풍경을 캡쳐한 사진을 작업실에 가져온 뒤, 다시 선형의 리듬을 느끼며 멀리 달려온 거리를 한 장 안에 콜라주하여 담아본다. 프레임 안에 재구성된 시간과 거리는 공간에 맞춰 다양하게 변주되어 설치될 수 있다.

Living in a city might be akin to racing through countless roads.Alongside these speeding roads, electric wires stretch out like veins, delivering energy throughout the city, while the roads themselves transport goods. As one moves, the electric wires flow in rhythm, forming various linear patterns. Capturing this scenery through photographs and bringing them back to the studio, I attempt to collage the long distance traveled into a single image, guided once again by the rhythm of those lines.The time and distance reconstructed within the frame can be variously transformed and reinstalled according to the spatial context.
