You can only truly know the bottom of a feeling once you’ve poured all of it out.

Not the front of a form, nor its back, nor its top—but its bottom.

Usually, we begin by seeing the front, then the sides, maybe even the back.

If we're lucky, we catch a glimpse of the top.

But to see the bottom of a form is rare—almost impossible—which means

we can never really say we've seen the whole of it.

It remains something we cannot fully understand.

This is the absolute arrangement of things under gravity’s rule.

And yet, what does it mean to see the bottom?

It is not simply turning the thing upside down.

It is going beneath the bottom itself,

and looking up from below—

lifting your head to see the underside of what holds everything.

마음을 전부 쏟아 꺼내어 보아야 그 마음의 밑이 무엇이었는지 알 수 있다.

형태의 앞도 아니고 뒤도 아니고 위도 아닌 "바닥"에 대하여.

보통은 처음에 앞을, 옆을, 그리고 뒤까지, 운이 좋다면 위도 볼 수 있다.

그렇지만 형태의 바닥을 본다는 것은 거의 드문 또는 거의 불가능한 일이기 때문에 우리는 그 입체를 온전히 보았다고 말할 수 없다.

이해할 수 없는 것이다.

이것은 중력이 지배하는 땅의 절대적 배치.

그럼에도 바닥을 본다는 것은 무슨 뜻인가?

그것을 뒤집어서 보는 것이 아니라,

바닥보다 더 밑으로 들어가서

머리를 들어 위를 바라보는 일.
